Let me Introduce Myself

 

 

My name is Linda Tilley. I am:

  • Registered Psychologist in Alberta, Canada
  • Clinical Counseling Hypnotherapist
  • Three decades of counseling experience
  • I was that client, the same kind that you are trying to help, who spent years trying many different methods to improve my sleep, mostly unsuccessfully … until now
  • I am passionate about helping clients to sleep better and have healthier and more productive lives, and I want to help other therapists do the same

The Sleep Essentials program is an online program offered via live webinars and pre-recorded videos. In includes:
  • Four weeks of focused training via live webinars and pre-recorded videos
  • Instruction in basic sleep concepts and introduction to different sleep disorders
  • Techniques to evaluate different kinds of sleep disruptions
  • Tools to help you plan strategies with clients
  • Homework to promote confidence in the application of the Sleep Essentials program

  • Discussion of sleep hygiene and “Mental Sleep Hygiene”

FAQs

  • When are the Live Webinars? Live webinars will be held on Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:30-ish Mountain Standard Time.

  • What qualifications do I need to take the Sleep Essentials program? You need to be a professional mental health therapist and be registered with an appropriate licensing organization. Registered Psychologists, Registered Clinical Social Workers, Psychiatric Nurses, Doctors, or Canadian Clinical Counsellors, will all qualify. If you are not sure if you qualify, please contact me.
  • Does Sleep Essentials Qualify for Continuing Education Credits? Not at this time.

  • Do I Have to Attend the Live Webinars? If you are planning to apply for CECs (if they are approved), you will have to attend the live webinars and complete the homework exercises. However, all live webinars will be recorded and will be available for viewing at any time.

  • How Long Will I Have Access to the Course Material? Once the Sleep Essentials course is completed you will have access to all of the course materials for one year. You may also download the materials for your own personal use.

  • When will Sleep Essentials be offered? The next offering of the course is TBA. Live classes will be held on Thursdays starting at 6:00 PM, Mountain time.

  • What Does the Course Cost? Total cost of the Sleep Essentials course is $337 + applicable tax.

  • What is the Cancellation / Refund policy? Registration can be cancelled up to one week before the course start - you will be refunded the full registration cost minus a $25 administration fee. Refunds are not offered after the course begins except in very exceptional circumstances
